Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- Pinch of salt, pinch of vanilla extract
- 1.5 tablespoons sugar
- 300ml milk
- 150g flour
- 45g cocoa powder
- 100ml boiling water
- 45g melted butter
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 100g dried plums
- 5 tablespoons cream cheese
- 3 full tablespoons boiled condensed milk
- 85g chocolate + 100g cream (33-36%)
- 60g peanuts
Method:
- Add sugar, vanilla essence, and salt to beaten eggs and beat until frothy.
- Stir in melted butter, milk, flour, and cocoa powder. Blend until well combined.
- Before using any vegetable oil, preheat a frying pan. After adding batter, cook pancakes on both sides. Put aside to cool.
- Add boiling water to the desiccated plums. Give them time to soak.
- Add boiling condensed milk to cream cheese mixture.
Put the roll together: Drizzle the pancakes with the cream cheese mixture, top with the soaking plums, and then securely wrap in foil. Keep cold for three to four hours. - Melt chocolate with cream, let it cool slightly.
- Remove the roll from the refrigerator, brush the roll with the chocolate mixture, and then top with the peanuts. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
