  1. 4 eggs
  2. Pinch of salt, pinch of vanilla extract
  3. 1.5 tablespoons sugar
  4. 300ml milk
  5. 150g flour
  6. 45g cocoa powder
  7. 100ml boiling water
  8. 45g melted butter
  9. Vegetable oil (for frying)
  10. 100g dried plums
  11. 5 tablespoons cream cheese
  12. 3 full tablespoons boiled condensed milk
  13. 85g chocolate + 100g cream (33-36%)
  14. 60g peanuts


  1. Add sugar, vanilla essence, and salt to beaten eggs and beat until frothy.
  2. Stir in melted butter, milk, flour, and cocoa powder. Blend until well combined.
  3. Before using any vegetable oil, preheat a frying pan. After adding batter, cook pancakes on both sides. Put aside to cool.
  4. Add boiling water to the desiccated plums. Give them time to soak.
  5. Add boiling condensed milk to cream cheese mixture.
    Put the roll together: Drizzle the pancakes with the cream cheese mixture, top with the soaking plums, and then securely wrap in foil. Keep cold for three to four hours.
  6. Melt chocolate with cream, let it cool slightly.
  7. Remove the roll from the refrigerator, brush the roll with the chocolate mixture, and then top with the peanuts. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
