No Oven Nutella Stuffed Buns Recipe

What’s in it:
- 100ml of water
- 20 grams of sugar
- 4g of quick yeast
- One egg, 60g incl. shell
- 280 grams of bread flour
- One-fourth teaspoon salt
- 30 grams of butter
- Nutella as a filler
Guidelines:
- Combine yeast, sugar, and water. Give it ten minutes to foam.
- Stir in salt, flour, and egg. Work until smooth.
- Add melted butter and mix until dough forms.
- For one hour, let the dough rise covered.
- Separate the dough into little balls.
- Place a spoonful of Nutella on top of each flattened ball.
