Quick and Irresistible No-Bake Chocolate Walnut Cake
Components:
- 400-gram biscuits
- 100g of walnuts, with some set aside for garnish
- 10g of vanilla sugar
- and 50g of sugar
- 50 grams of cocoa
- 200 milliliters of milk
- 120g of butter
- 120g of chocolate
- 100g of cream
- 40g white chocolate plus 1 tablespoon cream
Guidelines:
- 400g of biscuits should be broken up into little pieces and put aside.
- Finely grind 100g of walnuts, keeping aside a few for the garnish.
- Heat 200ml of milk in a saucepan over a medium heat.
- To the milk, add 50g sugar, 10g vanilla sugar, and 50g cocoa. After thoroughly mixing, simmer.
- Melt the 120g of butter by stirring it into the milk mixture.
- After turning off the heat, pour 120g of chocolate into the pot. Stir the chocolate until it melts completely.
- Cover the broken biscuits with the chocolate mixture, then sprinkle with the finely ground walnuts. Stir well.
- Pour 100g of cream over 40g of white chocolate and 1 tbsp of cream after heating it in a separate pot until it begins to steam. Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
- Layer the white chocolate ganache and the chocolate-biscuit mixture in turn in a cake form.
- The cake has to set in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Add the saved walnuts as a garnish.
