Quick No-Bake Yogurt Donuts
Ingredients:
- 350g all-purpose flour,
- 1 egg 250g yogurt,
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- , 3 tablespoons oil 12g of baking powder
- One teaspoon vanilla sugar A dash of salt
- Frying oil
Guidelines:
- Beat the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a little amount of salt together until smooth in a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly after adding the oil and yogurt.
- Add the flour and baking powder gradually, and knead the mixture until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough, then use a glass and a smaller item to make holes so that you can cut out donut shapes.
- In a pan, heat the oil. Fry, rotating the donuts once, until golden brown.
- Take out and let dry on paper towels.
- Dip in melted chocolate or dust with powdered sugar are optional. In just five minutes, savor your handmade yogurt donuts!
