Simple Italian Cake with 12 Tablespoons

Ingredients;

  1. 3 eggs
  2. 12 tablespoons of sugar
  3. 12 tablespoons of oil
  4. 12 tablespoons of milk
  5. 12 tablespoons of flour
  6. Zest and juice of half a lemon
  7. 11g baking powder
  8. 20cm cake pan

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Crack open three eggs into a mixing basin.
  3. To the eggs, add 12 tablespoons of sugar.
  4. When the eggs and sugar are fully blended and creamy in consistency, stir them together.
  5. Add 12 tablespoons of oil and stir it into the combination of eggs and sugar.
  6. Continue mixing after adding 12 tablespoons of milk to the mixture.
  7. To prevent lumps, gently sift in 12 tablespoons of flour while stirring.
  8. For a beautiful citrus flavour, zest and juice half a lemon and add it to the batter.
  9. 11g of baking powder should be added last and well mixed up.
  10. Pour the batter into a 20cm cake pan that has been greased.
  11. Cook the cake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  12. When the cake is finished, take it out of the Air fryer and allow it to cool.
  13. For added flavour, you can choose to drizzle some powdered sugar or make a lemon glaze on top.
  14. With 12 tablespoons, slice and savour your tasty and straightforward Italian cake!
