Instructions For Steak Stir-Fry:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  • In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to combine and coat everything in the sauce.
  • Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the beef and vegetables evenly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the pepper steak stir-fry hot over cooked rice. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
  • Enjoy your quick and tasty pepper steak stir-fry
