Air Fryer All-in-One Weekend Brunch

This is an incredibly easy brunch that can be prepared in one sitting in the air fryer. It can be generously shared between two people, or bulked out with toast for a larger breakfast or brunch.

INGREDIENTS

  1. One medium potato, peeled and cut into discs using a sharp knife
  2. One teaspoon powdered English mustard
  3. 4 tablespoons of milk
  4. 100g of freshly cleaned spinach
  5. Diced chorizo (130g),
  6. 80g grated cheddar cheese,
  7. 2 eggs,
  8. and olive oil for sprinkling with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • After lightly oiling the dish, place the potato discs in a single layer at the dish’s bottom. After adding the mustard powder, pour the milk on top. Add the spinach to the potatoes in an Spread evenly, then top with the chopped chorizo. Sprinkle the grated Cheddar on top, crack each egg on top, and season with a good pinch of salt and pepper.
  • After moving the dish to the air fryer, cook it at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes, checking every 5 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the food is thoroughly cooked. Warm up the food.
