INGREDIENTS
- One tbsp vegetable or olive oil;
- one and a half tsp lemon pepper;
- one tsp Mrs. Dash, salt-free table seasoning mix, or poultry seasoning;
- one and a half tsp garlic salt;
- one and a half tsp red pepper flakes;
- three tsp minced fresh Italian parsley
DIRECTIONS
- Set the air fryer to 380°F for five minutes of preheating.
- Trim and remove fat from the ribs.
- Slices of chicken should measure 1½ inches by 1 inch.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Fill the dish with oil. Well coat and toss the chicken.
- Combine garlic salt, Mrs. Dash, and lemon pepper in a whisk.
- Season the chicken with seasonings. Well coat and toss the chicken.
- Evenly distribute the chicken throughout the air fryer.
