Air Fryer Juicy Steak Bites

Air Fryer Juicy Steak Bites

In just 12 minutes, make classic steak bites in the air fryer. A simple and quick meal recipe for beef. Serve as an appetizer with a range of dipping sauces, or as an accompaniment to rice, noodles, salad, and veggies.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Two-pound sirloin steak, cut into 1½-by-1-inch pieces;
  2. two tablespoons of oil;
  3. one-tsp ground black pepper;
  4. one-tsp salt;
  5. and one-tsp soy sauce

DIRECTIONS

  •  Roughly chop meat into 1-by-1-inch chunks.
  • Mix the soy sauce, oil, pepper, and salt together.
  • Place the steak in the bowl and toss it with the sauce to coat it.
  • Warm up the air fryer.
  • Cook for 7–12 minutes at 400°F in an air fryer.
  • Twelve minutes is medium-well; seven minutes is more infrequent.
  • Serve as a main course with noodles, vegetables, or steamed rice.

NOTES Taste Adjustments

  • Onions: Before heating, add some finely chopped white or yellow onions to your bowl of sauce and mix thoroughly.
  • Mushrooms: Steak and mushrooms are a natural combination. Just add the mushrooms to the bowl, toss them in the sauce, drizzle a bit more oil over them, and air fried them with the steak pieces.
  • Spices: Garlic, ginger, paprika, cumin, coriander, chili powder, lemon juice, and toasted sesame seeds are other spices that pair well with soy sauce.
  • Sauces: You can serve the steak bites with Worcestershire sauce, Cajun butter sauce, mustard cream, barbecue sauce, A1 sauce, hummus, tzatziki sauce, or steak Diane sauce.
  • Cheese: When it comes to steak, I can’t get enough of crumbled blue cheese. When the steak is cooked through, sprinkle it with some crumbled blue cheese and let it melt a little bit into the meat. This is a choice that many well-known steakhouses now provide, and I truly enjoy it. It gives the meat a strong, acidic flavor.
  • Butter: After the air fryer steak is cooked, toss it in a bowl with butter. This component will provide it flavor in addition to moisture
