Components
- One half-pound ribeye steak, shaved
- Two tsp of Worcestershire sauce
- two tsp finely chopped garlic
- Half a teaspoon black peppe
- r and one teaspoon sea salt
- One tablespoon of lime juice
- one cup of chopped onions
- one cup of chopped green bell pepper
- 12 pieces of Provolone cheese
- and one cup of chopped red bell pepper
- One sheet of thawed puff pastry
- One big egg
- Half a tablespoon of seasoning for steak
Guidelines
- For five minutes, preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Shaved steak, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, sea salt, pepper, lime juice, onion, and peppers should all be combined in a big mixing basin. Toss to distribute salt and sauce evenly. Transfer to an 8-inch ovenproof dish.
- Put in the air fryer and let it cook for fifteen minutes. While the air fryer heats up for the subsequent stage, remove and allow it cool for five minutes.
- For five minutes, preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Using a wooden cutting board that has been lightly greased, roll out the puff pastry sheet. Cover the top 3/4 of the puff pastry with the meat, onion, and pepper combination. Add slices of provolone cheese on top. Roll the puff pastry tightly in the direction of the empty end.
- Apply egg wash to puff pastry, then Season the top with Montreal steak seasoning. To aid with aeration, cut slits over the top.
- Place inside the air fryer, being cautious to preserve the bottom seam. Simmer for ten minutes. After carefully turning, cook the stromboli for an additional five minutes.
- Cut parts of 2″.
