How to Keep Kale Chips Fresh

I adore having kale chips on hand for leftovers. They’re excellent for sensible and healthful snacking.

If you want to make a large quantity, simply adhere to following storage instructions:

When the kale chips are cool, store them in an airtight container. You can keep them for up to two days at room temperature.

To Reheat: Air fried them for one to two minutes if they get too soft.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Six cups of kale
  2. Two tsp olive oil
  3. one tsp powdered garlic
  4. Half a teaspoon of salt
  5. 1/4 tspn powdered onion
  6. 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper, ground

DIRECTIONS

  • Roughly chop the kale leaves. Thoroughly rinse and pat dry the leaves.
  • Toss the kale leaves with olive oil in a big mixing dish.
  • Combine the powdered garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the kale leaves after pouring over them.
  • Put the kale leaves in the basket of the air fryer. Avoid stacking the leaves on top of one another.
  • For six minutes, air fry the leaves at 360 degrees Fahrenheit. To distribute the leaves, give the basket a shake. For two more minutes, air fry.
  • To cool, move the kale chips to a baking sheet. To avoid steaming, arrange them in a single layer.
  • To use up the remaining kale leaves, repeat steps 4 through 6.
  • Store the cooled kale chips at room temperature for up to two days by transferring them to an airtight container.
