Components
- Two cups of all-purpose flour,
- five teaspoons of sugar,
- and one teaspoon of baking powder
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- One tsp vanilla essence
- Six tablespoons of chilled, unsalted butter, divided into tiny bits
- Add 1 tablespoon to 2/3 cup half-and-half.

Guidelines
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt, powder, and sugar.
Using a pastry blender or two knives, cut in butter until the mixture is the consistency of coarse crumbs. - Add vanilla essence and 2/3 cup of half-and-half, stirring until barely moistened.
- Add the chocolate chips and mashed banana and fold gently.
- Work the dough gently five to ten times on a surface dusted with flour.
- Pat into a round about 1 inch thick.
- Using a 2-inch biscuit or cookie cutter, cut into 6–8 rounds and set in an air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle each with a tablespoon of half-and-half and dust with sugar.
- For seven minutes, cook at 390 degrees in the air fryer.
