  2. 1 teaspoon each of salt, cumin, and coriander;
  3. 1 cup Panko or normal breadcrumbs;
  4. Apply oil spray

Guidelines

  • Preheat your air fryer to 200°C or 390°F.
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl.
  • Using a cookie scoop, form into 1-teaspoon-sized tots and place on 1-2 plates.
  • Apply a thin layer of spray oil, then gently move the tots so that the bottoms are equally coated.
  • Tots should be carefully arranged on the air fryer basket with room between them. Cooking will require two to three batches.
  • After cooking for 6–7 minutes, gently turn them over. When you turn the tots, if they feel very mushy and squishy, give them a few more minutes.
  • Cook for a further five to seven minutes, or until crispy but not burnt on both sides.
  • Accompany right away with chipotle mayo, ketchup, or guacamole.
