Easy Air Fryer Pizza Pockets

Easy Air Fryer Pizza Pockets

With some delicious pizza ingredients, you can whip up these Easy Air Fryer Pizza Pockets in less than ten minutes.

COMPOSITION

  1. Pillsbury Grands Biscuits, 8-Count Can
  2. Sauce for Pizza
  3. Add some pepperoni
  4. Cheese Shredded Mozzarella

DIRECTIONS

  • Remove the biscuits from the can and use a roller or your hand to flatten the dough into thin slices.
  • Each flattened biscuit should have a small amount of cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce added to it. Leave a small space on the side to close.
  • Put another biscuit on top of the first one without any toppings, pressing the dough to fill the space and create a pocket.
  • Press a fork down around the edges to seal the sides.
  • Put as many pockets as possible—my air fryer generally holds two—into a greased air fryer.
  • Apply a thin layer of olive oil to the pockets’ tops.
  • Coat in cooking spray and sprinkle with garlic salt.
  • Use the air fryer to cook for four to five minutes at 360°F.
  • After it goes off, turn it over gently and cook the other side for a further four to five minutes.
  • When they’re done, they should be well browned; serve.
  • If necessary, you can slice them open to further cook the insides if you’d like.
