MILK BRIOCHE ROLLS

Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet),
  2. 2 cups all-purpose flour,
  3. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar,
  4. and 1 teaspoon salt.
  5. Half a cup of heated milk (about 45°C/110°F).
  6. –Two big eggs, defrosted.
  7. 1/4 cup softened unsalted butter

Applying cooking spray or oil to the air fryer basket to grease it

 

Instructions:

1. Combine the warm milk and active dry yeast in a large mixing dish. Until the yeast starts to foam, let it sit for about five minutes.

2. Fill the basin with the yeast mixture and add the flour, sugar, salt, eggs, and softened butter.

3.Mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon or the dough hook attachment on a stand mixer until a soft dough forms.

4. Using a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for five to seven minutes.It gets elastic and silky.

5.Roll the dough into a ball and transfer to a basin that has been oiled. Place a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap over the bowl, and let the dough rise in a warm location until it has doubled in size, about one to two hours.

6. Punch down the dough and divide it into eight equal halves after it has risen. Make a ball out of each part.

7. Take around three minutes to preheat your air fryer to 325°F (160°C).

8. Apply a thin layer of frying spray or oil to the air fryer basket.

9. Drop the dough balls into the air fryer basket that has been greased, allowing room for each roll to expand.

10. Use an air fryer to cook the rolls at 325°F, or 160°C.for ten to twelve minutes, or until well cooked and golden brown. Depending on how big your air fryer is, you might have to work in batches.

11.Before serving, move the cooked rolls to a wire rack to cool slightly.

12. Top the warm milk brioche buns from the air fryer with your preferred toppings or butter.
