  1. 500g biscuits
  2. 120g sugar
  3. 250ml milk
  4. 2-3g vanilla sugar
  5. 150g butter
  6. 60g cocoa powder
  7. 140g chocolate (chopped)
  8. Toppings (as desired)


  1. Use a food processor to finely grind the biscuits, or place them in a tight bag and smash with a rolling pin.
  2. Add the sugar, milk, butter, vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped chocolate to a pot. Gently heat, stirring, until smooth and melted.
  3. Take off the heat and mix in the crumbled biscuits. Blend until well blended.
  4. Layer the batter into a cake pan that has been lined.
    Chill for a minimum of three hours or until solidified.
