Quick & Delicious Cheese Bread


  1. 120 grams or 4.5 ounces of all-purpose flour,
  2. 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder,
  3. and 3.5 ounces of cheese (100 grams) ,
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt,
  5. 2 ounces butter (70 grams),
  6. and 3 fluid ounces water (90 milliliters)


  • Set the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
    Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • When the mixture starts to resemble breadcrumbs, add the butter  and rub it in.
  • Add water little by little and knead the dough until it becomes smooth.
  • The dough should be rolled into a rectangle.
    Over the dough, equally grate the cheese
    Forming a log, tightly roll up the dough.
  • Cut the log into pieces that are the same size and arrange them on a baking pan.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
