Have a sweet tooth? You only need to look at this incredibly simple air fryer recipe for honey butter toast.

Picture this: golden, crispy toast with a layer of smooth vanilla ice cream and Biscoff drizzled on top. Yes, it tastes just like it does!

Components

  1. Three brioche bread pieces
  2. 50g of butter without salt
  3. 30 grams of light brown sugar
  4. Two tablespoons of honey
  5. A dash of salt
  6. A smooth 45g Biscoff bar
  7. Ice cream with vanilla flavor

Instructions

STEP ONE

  • Set your air fryer’s temperature to 180°C to start. Carefully cut off the crusts from your freshly baked brioche slices.

Step Two

  • Using a spatula, combine the butter and light brown sugar in a mixing dish. Stir in the honey and a small amount of salt, then continue to stir until smooth.

Step Three

  • Distribute the mixture evenly over the entire surface of the brioche slices. When finished, gently transfer the cut pieces onto a baking paper-lined sheet and place it inside the air fryer that has been warmed. Cook for about ten minutes.

Step Four

  • After the first 7 minutes of frying, flip the brioche slices to make sure they crisp evenly, and then put them back in the air fryer.

Step Number Five

  1. Following cooking, take the toast out of the air fryer and let it cool for five to ten minutes. This will help it solidify and crisp up.

Step Six

  • Scoop some smooth vanilla ice cream on top and drizzle some melted Biscoff spread over it, then dig it!
