My new favorite technique to use the air fryer is to make air fryer fried eggs. There’s no skillet to clean up after, and they just take three to five minutes.

Your mornings will be easier if you air fry your eggs. And you are free to customize them to your own preferences. Eggs on the sunny side up, over easy, over hard, scrambled, etc.

Instructions:

  • You can make one or two eggs at a time, depending on how many pans fit on one rack of your air fryer. Spray the pie tin(s) that you’ll be cooking the eggs in with cooking spray.
  • Crack an egg in each pan (one per pan).
  • Air fry eggs for 3-5 minutes at 375°F (190°C). If you have an air fryer oven, use the top rack position. Make sure the egg white is firm and solid. Five minutes got me a fried egg with a nice runny egg yolk. Air fry your eggs longer for firm yolks.

Use a mini pie tin for the most consistent results.

TIPS FOR MAKING AIR FRYER HARD BOILED EGGS

  1. Play around with the time for your ideal doneness. Since all air fryers makes and models vary in strength and watts, I recommend trying out the different times to find what’s perfect for you. And then you can keep using those settings. The air fryer I used is 1700 watts.
  2. Use an ice water bath to stop the eggs from overcooking. While it’s not necessary to cool the eggs, I always run them under cold water or an ice bath (preferred) because it immediately shocks the eggs’ temperature, and stops them from cooking.
  3. Use a grill rack or mesh rack if your air fryer doesn’t have a basket. That works perfectly fine to allow the air to circulate fast around the eggs even if you don’t have a basket.
  4. Cook up to 12 eggs at once. Air fryer hard boiled eggs are great for meal prepping since the eggs last up to one week in the fridge. Once you’ve tested the perfect time in your air fryer, you can cook them in bulk.

Ingredients For knock You Naked Bars: 

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Caramel Sauce:
  • 5 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 bag (14 oz) caramels
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions For knock You Naked Bars: 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually mix in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Spread half of the cookie dough into the prepared pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from the oven.
  • While the cookie dough is baking, melt caramels and evaporated milk in a double boiler. After the caramels are melted, add peanut butter and melt thoroughly. Spread this caramel-peanut butter mixture over the baked cookie dough base.
  • Using the remaining cookie dough, drop spoonfuls onto the caramel mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until light golden brown.

*Dough Ingredients:

  1. 180g (one cup) of cake flour, often known as all-purpose flour
  2. two eggs
  3. 200g or one cup of milk
  4. 2.3 tbsp (30g) of sugar
  5. One-fourth teaspoon salt

  7. Cooking oil, 1/4 cup

Three yolks for the custard cream

  1. 300g or 1 and 1/4 cups of milk

Step 1

  • Crack two eggs into a mixing jug and add 1/4 tsp salt and 2 & 1/3 tbsp sugar. Mix thoroughly. Next, thoroughly stir in 1 cup of milk. Next, combine 1/4 tsp baking powder and 1 cup cake flour in a bowl. Stir, then drizzle the egg mixture on top. Stir thoroughly to prevent any lumps. Stir in 1/4 cup of cooking oil after adding it.
  • Spoon the dough into a cup that is comfortable to pour from, or any cup that works for you. Pour 3 egg yolks and 4 and 3/4 tablespoons of sugar into a bowl to make the custard cream.
  • Until the sugar melts, thoroughly stir. Stir in 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch .Next, put one and a quarter cups of milk and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract in a pot. Set the burner to low heat and remove it from the flame as soon as the edges begin to boil. Include this in the combination of egg yolks.

Step Two

  • After thoroughly combining the egg yolk mixture, return it to the pot and cook it at a medium temperature. To keep it from burning, stir it constantly. After it gets thick, take it off the heat and cover it with clingfilm.
  • Place it in the freezer for about 20 minutes to cool it down. After 20 minutes, take off the cling wrap and stir the custard cream to make it softer.
  • The dough mixture should then be added to an egg fry pan that has been heated over low heat.(Instead of using an egg frying pan, you can use egg shapers or cookie cutter forms.) With a spoon or rolling pin, raise the dough’s edges in a circular motion.
  • Use a toothpick to scrape the edges when it begins to cook a little. When the dough began to set, add the custard cream on top.
  • Next, place one more piece of dough on top, sandwiching the custard cream in the center.
  • Add two more minutes of cooking time.

  • Sift the flour, then measure and set aside.

  • As soon as the mixture begins to boil, remove from the heat, add the flour all at once and beat vigorously with a rubber spatula until it forms a smooth ball and any flour chunks are no longer visible.
  • Place the saucepan back on the stove and cook the dough for 3-5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. During this time, the water will evaporate from the dough and a thin skin should form on the bottom of the pan.
  • Transfer the dough to the bowl of your stand mixer and begin beating on low speed for one minute to let the dough cool slightly (use the paddle attachment).

Are you prepared for this weekend’s Super Bowl Sunday? In case not, you now do. My teenage years and our regular visits to Taco Bell served as the inspiration for these nachos. I ordered beef nachos supreme again.

That is elevated to a whole new level in this dish. Much improved flavor and quality, while maintaining the same well-known blend of flavors.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Mexican Spice (or use one packet or serving of store-bought taco spice)
  2. One pound of ground beef
  3. half a diced yellow onion
  4. two sacks sixteen ounces of tortilla chips apiece
  5. One can of refried beans
  6. 16 ounces of your favorite shredded cheese (I used Monterey Jack and Cheddar).
  7. three diced Roma tomatoes
  8. two to three sliced green onions

Guidelines

  • Set oven temperature to 400 degrees.
  • In the meantime, sauté the ground beef and chopped onions on medium-high heat for about 8 minutes, or until fully cooked, then drain.
  • After adding the taco spice, put the steak back in the pan.
  • After adding 3/4 cup of water, stir, raise the heat to a simmer, and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the liquid has mostly evaporated.
  • As the beef cooks, spread a thick layer of chips onto two parchment paper-lined baking pans.
  • Place half of the refried beans onto each pan. Even though they are thick, I merely cover the chips with spoonfuls of these. (The spoonfuls will expand as the oven heats up.)
  • Evenly divide the ground beef between each chip pan.
  • On top, scatter the crumbled cheese.
  • Bake for fifteen minutes at 400 degrees.
  • Take out of the oven and top with chopped green onions and tomatoes.
  • Serve right away.
