One of the finest methods to cook frozen food is with an air fryer. Everything is incredibly crispier and faster.

Advice on Making Crispy Fries

  • As always, preheat the air fryer for optimal results.
  • To ensure that the fries receive hot air on all sides, try not to pack the air fryer too full.
  • If frying in batches, return each batch to the air fryer for two to three minutes to reheat and crisp before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  1. One pound of frozen french fries in any flavor with seasoned
  2. salt to taste

Guidelines

  • Warm up the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Fill the air fryer’s basket roughly ½ full with frozen fries.
  • When the fries are done, shake or toss them. Cook for a further 8 to 12 minutes, or until crispy; refer to the notes.
  • Add salt for seasoning, then serve right away.

Notes

  •  Fries should be cooked from frozen. To get the best results, preheat the air fryer.
  • Avoid packing the air fryer too full. Before serving, return each batch to the air fryer and let it warm up for one to two minutes at 200°F.
  • Regular Frozen Fries: 12 to 14 minutes of total cooking time Shoestring fries from frozen: 7-9 minutes
  • Waffle fries from frozen: 10 to 12 minutes
  • Sweet potato fries from frozen13 to 15 minutes
  • Our favorite way to season fries is with seasoned salt, but you can also make your own by mixing teaspoon onion powder, teaspoons garlic salt, teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon each of paprika and finely powdered black pepper.
  • Use cooking spray on the fries and sprinkle the seasoning on before cooking to help the spice stick.

Air fryer French onion potato sticks

Air fryer French onion potato sticks

We’re constantly searching for the next cheesy snack to air fry, and these potato sticks are a great fit. They’re the perfect party dish or sly nibble, made with mashed potatoes, cheese, and a bit French onion soup mix (which gives them a little throwback kick). If you want to taste that wonderful flavor even more, dip them into French onion sour cream.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 100g (1 cup) of mozzarella shredded coarsely
  2. 1/2 cup, or 70g, cornflour
  3. French onion soup mix, 40g packet
  4. 1/2 cup, or 125g, of Bulla Light Sour Cream
  5. Finely chopped green shallots or fresh chives, to garnish
  6. Flakes of sea salt, to serve (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Step 1: Put the potato in a medium-sized saucepan and add lots of cold water to cover. Set on a medium-high heat source. After covering, come to a boil. After lowering the heat to medium-low, simmer the potatoes for 15 minutes, or until they are very soft. Empty. Move to a bowl. Mash till smooth, then remove and allow it cool fully.
  • Step 2: Top the potato with cheese, cornflour, and 1 tablespoon of the soup mixture. Mix with sanitized hands until thoroughly blended. Spoon into a medium freezer-safe plastic bag that can be sealed. Press the mixture into the edges of the bag while gently flattening it. After sealing, put in the freezer for an hour or until solid.
  • Step 3: Carefully tear the bag away from the potato mixture using scissors. Throw away the bag. Place the potato mixture onto a cutting board and make slices that are 2.5 cm thick. Halve every piece lengthwise.
  • Step 4: Insert half of the potato sticks into the air fryer’s basket. Apply oil with a spray. Once all sides are completely covered, turn and spray once more. For ten minutes, or until crisp and golden, air fry at 180°C. Move to a platter. Continue with the leftover potato sticks.
  • Step 5: In the meantime, mix the remaining soup mix and sour cream together in a small basin. The mixture should be thick enough to dip into; if not, add one or two tablespoons of water and stir until thoroughly mixed

After preheating the oven, place the pan inside and bake for one hour and fifteen to one hour and twenty-five minutes. Test the bread’s doneness by sticking a knife into the center; if it comes out clean, it’s done. Bake for a further five minutes, if necessary. To keep the top from browning too soon, cover the bread with aluminum foil at about the 40-minute mark. Take note of that
  • After baking, give the bread five to ten minutes to cool in the pan. Next, move the loaf to a wire rack to cool.

Regarding the Icing:

  • Melt the butter in a microwave-safe basin until it turns liquid.
  • Add the powdered sugar and Wholesome Yum Monkfruit Blend to the bowl after the butter has melted. Stir the mixture until the melted butter and powdered sweetener are well combined.
  • Pour the heavy whipping cream mixture gradually over the butter mixture with the powdered sugar. Pour and whisk some more until the icing has a thin, pourable consistency. To get the right thickness, adjust the amount of cream as necessary.
  • Drizzle the prepared frosting over the top of the baked loaf while it’s still warm.

Keto Low Carb Beef And Broccoli

Keto Low Carb Beef And Broccoli

This is a quick and simple dish for Keto Low Carb Beef and Broccoli that you can make on a weeknight.

INGREDIENTS

  1. One-pound Flatiron steak, cut thinly against the grain
  2. 1/2 pound of broccoli, thinly sliced into florets
  3. 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  4. Toasty Sesame Oil, 1 teaspoon
  5. One tsp of marinated beef and broccoli in fish sauce
  6. One-fourth cup of Coconut Aminos
  7. One teaspoon of grated and peeled root ginger (do not use powdered ginger!)
  8. two chopped garlic cloves

Guidelines

  • Against the grain, thinly slice the flat iron steak.
  • Sliced meat, garlic, and coconut aminos should be added to a small bag. Let marinate in the refrigerator for one hour.
  • When you’re ready to cook, take the beef out of the marinade, saving the liquid to make the stir-fry sauce later.
  • After blanching the broccoli in boiling water for two minutes, make sure to drain it thoroughly.
  • Heat the oil in a large wok or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meat and stir-fry for one to three minutes, or until browned. Take out of the skillet.
  • Add the remaining marinade and simmer for two more minutes after stir-frying the broccoli for around three minutes, or until it’s crisp-tender.
  • Serve the beef hot after adding the fish sauce and toasted sesame oil to the skillet and reheating it along with the broccoli.

Instructions for Recipe

  • Use only root ginger; do not use powdered ginger, which is what you usually use for baking. If you are unsure, feel free to inquire at any food store as ginger root should be available there. It must first be peeled before being finely chopped or grated.
  • Each serving of this recipe has about 6g of net carbohydrates.
  • Read the label carefully before purchasing any coconut amino brand because some have more carbohydrates than others based on the components. The Coconut Secret brand is my favorite.

How to Make Toast in Air Fryer

How to Make Toast in Air Fryer

How to make Ninja Foodi toast or toast in an air fryer! This is the ideal method for perfectly browned bread for breakfast if you don’t have a toaster.

Which bread kind works best for toast?

For me, Sara Lee’s Artisan slices are my favourite since they are thick. It is excellent for french toast and this, but it isn’t that much more expensive than any other bread or loaves. I’d suggest getting a smaller loaf if you like sourdough; otherwise, it won’t fit well and you’ll have to cut it in half.
For How Long Does an Air Fryer Toast Bread?
You may prepare this utilising the air crisp feature if, like us, you own a pressure cooker and an air fryer. To make this, you would close the connecting lid. Only about 2 slices will fit in the small round basket that comes with it but since they are done quickly you could make multiple batches quickly.

you lay out everything on your kitchen island so each person can dress it up as they like. Just lay out and offer;

  • Honey butter
  • Different types of jellies
  • Avocado spread
  • Slices of various cheeses
  • Peanut butter and jam

Make a batch of eggs too if people want to top some protein on it.

Toast with cheese cooked in an air fryer:

In terms of temperature, you would adhere to the same recommendations. Although it works great too, I’ve also reduced to 380 for two minutes; at 400, you only need one minute. Spread some butter on one side and place a slice of readily melted cheese—such as packaged, wrapped Kraft cheese slices—atop.

Toast Bread In Air Fryer

Daughter #2 is making it herself, as you can see. My girls love cooking now that they are adolescents, especially if they don’t have to ask for directions. 😉 I’ve included a printable recipe card below in case you want to have it close at hand, but I’ll also include a brief step-by-step below.

  • The ideal setting for your air fryer is a 5-minute, 400°F warm up.
  • We like to use room temperature salted butter to butter the bread pieces on both sides.
  • Next, arrange the bread slices within in a single layer that does not overlap.
  • Shut the basket drawer of the air fryer and cook for
We think this is the ideal toast for us—cook for two minutes for gently toasted toast, or for three minutes for crispy browned toast.

In an air fryer, cinnamon toast:

This will function similarly whether you enjoy Sun Maid or Cinnabon sultana bread as well. To make it lovely and moist, I would absolutely spread butter on top before adding that. For this technique, slightly underdone and not very crispy is preferable. I’d say stick to 2 minutes since the pieces are slightly smaller and you want fruit inside to be tender.

Healthy Egg Salad

Healthy Egg Salad – Not your standard salad

!

This recipe for healthy egg salad isn’t your typical mayonnaise-laden egg salad that you may have on a sandwich.

The assembly takes only fifteen minutes!

The mild flavour of jammy eggs is balanced by the strong tang of beetroot and the beautifully crispy basis of leafy greens.

When I first attempted this recipe, there was a noticeable difference: thirty minutes later, I was still hungry. And when you have a busy day ahead of you, that’s not a good feeling. There was an omission.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1/4 cup quinoa
  2. 4 eggs
  3. ½ cup precooked beetroot finely sliced into semicircles; approximately  ½ beetroot is equal to
  4. ½ cup tbsp of white vinegar
  5. three cups of mixed greens
  6. Two teaspoons of olive oil
  7. One teaspoon honey
  8. One teaspoon of apple vinegar
  9. Two ounces of low-fat crumbled feta cheese (or low-fat goat cheese)
  10. One handful of fresh parsley
  11. To taste, add salt and pepper.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Follow the directions on the quinoa package to cook it. We use one part quinoa to two parts water. After the water has evaporated, remove from the heat source and let sit covered for around five minutes with a tea towel.
  2. Place the eggs in a small pot of boiling water. Cook for 7 minutes for a harder but still jammy egg, or 6 minutes and 30 seconds for a jammy egg with a somewhat liquid yolk in the centre. After that, place the eggs in ice water to cool. Peel them when they’re cold.
  3. Meanwhile, add the thinly sliced beets to a small pot and cover them with water. The water should top the beets by ½ an inch. Add two big pinches of salt and the white vinegar. Once the liquid boils, let it simmer for 3 minutes. Immediately take beets off the hot liquid. If using pre-boiled beets then slice and leave to sit in the same amount of hot water and vinegar.

The mixture can be discarded when you use the beets in the final step.

  4. Combine ¼ tsp salt, honey, apple vinegar, and olive oil.
One teaspoon each of honey, apple vinegar, and olive oil
  5. Arrange the quinoa, chopped eggs, chopped parsley leaves, beets, and salad greens on a platter. Season the ingredients well with salt and black pepper. Add the dressing last to the dish.
3 cups of salad greens, 2 ounces of low-fat feta cheese, and 1 handful of fresh parsleyTo taste, add salt and pepper.
